Property clean outs are usually the first step taken when a property restoration is needed. Typically this type of situation arises when a property is sold or vacated. Other instances would be during some of these previously mentioned disasters, such as floods and fires. Those types of cleanouts would be quite different then compared to an intact property. The first step is sorting and removing any items that can be thrown away or recycled. We will work directly with you to ensure that anything that is of value to you is kept safe and stored properly while the full cleaning and restoration process takes place. The disposal process can be a complex one in certain situations when certain materials or substances may need to be handled in certain ways to keep the environment and your property safe. Once all the materials and waste has been removed, then the property will require deep cleaning. Again this level of cleaning may depend on the situation. For example, a sewage backup or flood would need a higher level of cleaning than a move out. Again, do not worry about any type of situation you may be in, because we handle it. We have specialized tools and disinfectants, and are certified to handle complex and nasty spills or leaks. 

Finally comes the restoration part of the process, where we do any necessary repair work to get the property looking good as new.
