Property clean outs are usually the first step taken when a property restoration is needed. Typically this type of situation arises when a property is sold or vacated. Other instances would be during some of these previously mentioned disasters, such as floods and fires. Those types of cleanouts would be quite different then compared to an intact property. So no matter the type of clean out you are looking for, do not worry, as we can handle them all. We have experience in the industry for a long time so we have seen it all.
The first step is sorting and removing any items that can be thrown away or recycled. We will work directly with you to ensure that anything that is of value to you is kept safe and stored properly while the full cleaning and restoration process takes place. The disposal process can be a complex one in certain situations when certain materials or substances may need to be handled in certain ways to keep the environment and your property safe. Once all the materials and waste has been removed, then the property will require deep cleaning. Again this level of cleaning may depend on the situation. For example, a sewage backup or flood would need a higher level of cleaning than a move out. Again, do not worry about any type of situation you may be in, because we handle it. We have specialized tools and disinfectants, and are certified to handle complex and nasty spills or leaks.
Finally comes the restoration part of the process, where we do any necessary repair work to get the property looking good as new. Like every step in this process, this can take on all different shapes and sizes. It is a good thing that we are full contractors and can handle all types of construction projects as well. If you are wanting some additional work on your property or roof, just let us know because we can handle that as well. That also includes insulation work, especially attic insulation as that is something else that we specialize in.
There are also options for pack out and storage solutions during these property clean outs. I hate to say this again and again, but this service can also vary greatly on the type of job that is involved. A damaging event such as a flood, excessive water damage or fire, may require more extensive packing out but possibly less storage, since many things may have been significantly damaged during the event and most things are no longer in any condition to be kept. Whereas a regular move out or cleanup could involve a lot of furniture or articles of clothing that may need to be stored temporarily while the property is restored to make it more appealing for sale or rental. If you need any of these services as well, just let us know and we can assist with that.
While many companies may name themselves with the term mold removal, or offer such service, it is rather difficult to ensure the complete removal of mold. Also there cannot really be much of a guarantee that mold will not come back, especially because it cannot be completely controlled by this company unless they are regularly monitoring your property and ensuring the correct moisture and temperatures are regulated constantly. I am not sure there is really any service that would offer that, and even if one did it would be extremely expensive and require constant manpower and excessive hours that you would not want to pay for. But one solution is to schedule periodic inspections, where we can come by your property, inspect the previously affected area to ensure no new mold growth has taken place. Also when we do these inspections, it is not limited to where the previous incident occurred. We have our thermal imaging tools that can help spot any type of water damage throughout the property. So we can do a full inspection to ensure your property is still safe from possible water damage and mold exposure. We have found quite a few cases in the past during our inspections, and have caught and saved a lot of property and structures. We cannot know the full extent of how much money was saved, but it was a lot. Catching it early has a huge impact on the amount of work that needs to be done and what can be salvaged, so if you are interested in scheduling periodic inspections just let us know so we can set that up for you.
